Description of Services: Our language platform offers live and online language courses and related services, including but not limited to live classes, recorded video lectures, interactive learning tools, and language proficiency assessments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Recording of the classes will stay there in the classroom portal until your course ends. This is being limited to ensure your presence in live sessions daily. But Access to material in the classroom portal will be unlimited.
Imitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
Use of Content: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The fee will be clearly stated on our brochure and must be paid in advance to secure your seat. You have the right to cancel the agreement within 7 days without specifying any reason. The cancellation period is 7 days, starting with the day the payment was made. After the commencement of the course, no refund will be possible but in any scenario, you can reserve your seat for future upcoming batch or can transfer your registration to anybody else at no additional cost.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of online education without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
